We took over the project of the uncompleted subsystems in cooperation with our client for software engineering, with other French partners for design and parts manufacturing, and with local subcontractors for construction and commissioning.

OPPY INTERNATIONAL successfully took over an unfinished project, restructuring the engineering scope and coordinating the remaining works between French design partners and local subcontractors in Surabaya. 

The team supervised the mechanical and control integration, ensured consistency with European standards, and led the on-site final commissioning phase.
